Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Islamic leadership style, work motivation, and work environment affect employee performance at Hadi Jaya Makmur Sukoharjo Convection. This type of research is quantitative, which uses primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using interview techniques, documentation, observation, literature studies and questionnaires distributed to all 36 employees. It is known that the variables of Islamic Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Environment have a positive impact and have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Hadi Jaya Makmur Sukoharjo Convection.
