Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether hygiene, price and halal labeling partially influence consumer satisfaction when purchasing at Street food Gentan. This type of research is quantitative research, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The dependent variable in this research is consumer satisfaction and the independent variables are hygiene, price and halal labeling. The data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests. To test the hypothesis, use the multiple linear regression test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the research results, it is known that the t-count values for the variables hygiene, price and halal labeling are respectively 2.242; 0.386; 4.709 and ttable of 1.992, while the significance values respectively are 0.028; 0.701; 0.000 and α: 0.05, then this means that the hygiene variables and halal labeling have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while the price variable has no effect on consumer satisfaction. It can be concluded that only the price variable has no effect on consumer satisfaction when purchasing at street food in Gentan, Baki, Sukoharjo.
