Analisis Sistem Pembayaran Pada E-commerce Lazada Menurut Fiqih Muamalah Berdasarkan Akad Qardh dan Akad Ijarah

This research is the result of field research to answer questions from the formulation of the problem how Paylater Practices in E-Commerce Lazada and what is the Law According to Fiqh Muamalah. This study uses a qualitative method with two data sources, namely primary data in the form of interview data on the object under study and secondary data in the form of fiqh books, books, the internet, official documents and other news sources related to this research. Research data is collected through interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, the data is processed by organizing and analyzing techniques. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques with a deductive mindset that takes general statements and then draws specific conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the paylater practice in Lazada e-commerce is not in accordance with the fiqh muamalah provisions because it does not meet the requirements and pillars of a Qard or Ijarah contract. The existence of interest and fines for late billing in paylater practices in Lazada e-commerce is what makes this practice fall into the category of usury. Meanwhile, usury is forbidden in Islam.References
