Strategi Rekrutmen Karyawan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja di KSU BMT As-Salam Mangunrejo Kabupaten Demak

The role of qualified workforce affects the company’s capitalist. To increase the effectiveness of organizational efficiency, it is necessary to know how to properly manage human resources. So that the company's strategy in improving BMT performance is to pay attention to the employee recruitment process. The purpose of this research is in the employee recruitment strategy to pay attention to performance in KSU BMT As-Salam Mangunrejo, Demak Regency. This research used a qualitative approach across thecross-section of opinions from interviews, observation and documentation. Research results at KSU BMT As-salam in identifying and analyzing candidates by determining the target candidates in the recruitment process, determining the competency level of candidates in recruitment and formulating candidate competency indicators in recruitment. Effective recruitment strategies in improving performance include improving the quality of job interviews, Employer Branding, utilizing social media, seeking active candidates, treating candidates like customers and considering previous candidates. However, KSU BMT As-salam Mangunrejo Demak Regency does not yet have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) related to recruitment, the SOP used is an old SOP which is considered irrelevant.References
