Implementasi Transaksi Jual Beli Makanan Online di Nana’s Homemade Ngemplak, Boyolali dalam Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Islam

Abstract

This study aims to find out about information about the law of buying and selling food online in Islamic Economic Law, how to transact, and implementation from an Islamic perspective in Nana's Homemade. The research method used is qualitative with the Spradley research technique (Qualitative Study with the aim of describing systematic cultural characteristics) which analyzes the domain as the main object, and uses interviews as material for analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that online buying and selling transactions are legal in Islamic law. Provided there are no unlawful elements, lies or fraud or the desired item is incomplete or defective (not as expected) that occurs as a result of the transaction. And the authenticity of the goods sold must be the same as the original in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement, namely Bai' As-Salam. Even if this happens, the seller is responsible for returning all the money belonging to the buyer and buying and selling is considered invalid because it does not comply with Islamic law.
