Sistem Pengupahan Dalam Prespektif Islam (Studi Kasus Konveksi Jaya Gemilang Kaden RT02/RW05 Baran Cawas Klaten)

This study aims to determine the employee remuneration system at Convection Jaya Gemilang Kaden Baran Cawas Klaten, and to determine the application of the remuneration system from an Islamic perspective at Convection Jaya Gemilang Kaden Baran Cawas Klaten. This research uses descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used literature survey techniques, observations, and interviews. The results of this study are that the number of employees' salaries is in accordance with the wages of work, both per day and per month, have the same salary. However, the time for giving wages is not in accordance with the agreement, namely at the end of the month, sometimes receiving a salary in the following month. According to the Islamic view of Convection Jaya Gemilang Kaden Baran Cawas Klaten it is not yet fully said to be good, because the values in Islam have not been fully fulfilled. The determination of wages can be seen from a fair and proper perspective at Convection Jaya Gemilang Kaden Baran Cawas Klaten when all have the same salary and salary can be categorized as a living wage which consists of 3 aspects, namely sufficient food, clothing and shelter.References
