Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on people's interest in using health services from an Islamic economic perspective at Sebelas Maret University Hospital (UNS). This study uses probability sampling and 50 respondents which are patients or visitors. The method of this research is a quantitative research method. For the program using IBM Statistics SPSS 23. This study uses 2 variables. The independent variable is community interest, while the dependent variable is service quality and promotion. The results of this study indicate that partially service quality has no significant effect on public interest based on the ttest (0.950) < ttable (2.01174). Promotion has a significant positive effect on public interest based on the ttest (3.807) > ttable (2.01174). Service Quality and Promotion have a significant positive effect simultaneously. Promotion as the independent variable that dominantly influences public interest as the dependent variable.
