Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus di PT Indoveneer Utama Blulukan Colomadu)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation andwork discipline on employee performance in an Islamic perspective in a case study at PTIndoveneer Utama Blulukan Colomadu. This research is a quantitative research, collectingdata using a questionnaire in the form of written statements given to respondents. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesistesting and also classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and auto correlation test, with a significance level of α = 5%. Inan Islamic review, the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work disciplineshowsthataleaderwhois given a position will act according to his position. In workmotivation not only fulfilling a living alone but as an obligation to worship Allah. Workdiscipline is a form of obedience to regulations as obedience to God's commands. The resultsof the study show that simultaneously the variables of leadership style, work motivation andwork discipline have an influence on the performance of employees at PT Indovener Utama.This is evidenced by the analysis of the f test showing that the value of Fcount is 18.048 >Ftable 2.8826 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05.References
