Pengaruh Upah Minimum dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam (Studi Kabupaten dan Kota di Jawa Tengah 2018-2020)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of minimum wages and economic growth on labor absorption in the perspective of Islamic economics in districts and cities in Central Java in 2018-2020. This research uses quantitative research with secondary data in the form of reports on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Minimum Wage reports and reports on District and City Labor Absorption in Central Java for 2018-2020. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The samples used in this study amounted to 35 districts and cities in Central Java. The data analysis used to process the data in this study was descriptive statistical analysis and the classic assumption test using the normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. Testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of data processing with SPSS show simultaneously, Economic Growth and Minimum Wage have a significant effect on Labor Absorption with a value 25,167>3,085465. Then partially Economic Growth has a significant positive effect on Labor Absorption with a value 6,560 > 1,983 . While the Minimum Wage has no significant effect on Labor Absorption with a value -1,450 > 1,983.
