Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam (Studi Kasus Pada PT Semestanustra Distrindo Depo Solo)

This study was conducted to determine how significant the application of work motivation, reward and punishment to the performance of employees at PT Semestanustra Distrindo Depo Solo. This study uses a total sampling method with a sample of 30 employees. The results of hypothesis testing know the value of work motivation tcount 2.108 with a sig value of 0.045, meaning that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The reward value tcount is 0.074 with a Sig value of 0.942, meaning that the reward has no significant effect on employee performance. The punishment value tcount is 0.439 with a Sig value of 0.664, meaning that punishment has no significant effect on employee performance. The value of Fcount is 5.363 with a significance value of 0.005, which means that work motivation, reward and punishment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value is 0.311 or 31.1%. These results conclude that the independent variables of work motivation, reward and punishment give a value of 31.1% while the remaining 68.9% is influenced by other variables notexamined.References
