Communication technology has progressed very rapidly from year to year. The increasingly tight competition and in order to reduce the amount of costs incurred, the banking sector participates in using technology as a tool to facilitate banking process service activities and make bank performance more efficient, widely known as Mobile Banking or Ebanking. Between the customer and the bank itself benefit from this service, on the bank side the process of their work is faster and more accurate because they use the system, while the customer gets the flexibility and convenience provided to form the basis for making the banking system, in the world of banking, mobile banking allows customers in accessing various services from the bank without having to queue and regardless of the bank holiday itself. The study was conducted with the type of probability sampling data using simple random sampling technique sourced from questionnaires distributed via the internet, sample data was taken randomly, with the aim of representing the whole process. The total sample data is 102 with a randomly selected sample of 75 respondents. Several factors in the perception of the subject of study are the perception of convenience, the perception of usefulness, and the perception of trust. The results of this study show that perceptions of convenience, usefulness, and reliability have a positive impact on increasing customer interest in the use of mobile banking services.Downloads
