The purpose of this study was to determine the role of NU Care-LAZISNU in Klaten Regency in improving the welfare of the poor and underprivileged business actors, to find out the management of NU Care-LAZISNU funds in Klaten Regency to the poor, and to determine the impact of distributing NU Care-LAZISNU funds in Klaten Regency on welfare of the poor. The role, management and impact of distribution and NU Care-LAZISNU Klaten Regency is very necessary for a means to improve the welfare of the poor in Klaten Regency. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Sources of data and data collection techniques in this study were interviews with the Chairperson, Management of NU Care-LAZISNU Klaten Regency and recipients of NU Care-LAZISNU funds in Klaten Regency and written data sources from documents, archives, and other documents. The results of the study indicate the role of NU Care-LAZISNU in Klaten Regency in improving the welfare of the poor and underprivileged business actors by encouraging the growth of public awareness to issue zakat, infaq, and shadaqah regularly, collecting zakat infaq and shadaqah funds from community members, utilizing funds zakat infaq and shadaqah in a professional, transparent manner so that it is effective and on target as well as organizing community empowerment programs. As for the roles of NU Care-LAZISNU, Klaten Regency, the most is by utilizing zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds in a professional, transparent manner so that they are effective and on target. To find out the management of NU Care-LAZISNU funds in Klaten Regency, reporting is carried out online where all recording and distribution systems can be viewed in real time through the NUCOS IT system (NU Care Operating System) or the crowdfunding website nucare.id. Meanwhile, the impact of distributing NU Care-LAZISNU in Klaten Regency is a positive impact.References
