Pengaruh Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Leasing Adira Finance Syariah Kantor Cabang Sukoharjo)

Abstract

The results showed that compensation has an effect on employee performance, the tcount value of 4.232> from ttable of 0.543 and the value of -value (significance) = 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance, proven the truth. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, the tcount value is 2.862> from ttable 0.543 and the -value (significance) = 0.006 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Leasing Adira Finance Sharia Sukoharjo Branch Office proved the truth. Work motivation has an effect on employee performance, the value of tcount is 7.604> from ttable of 0.543 and the value of -value (significance) = 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at Leasing Adira Finance Sharia Sukoharjo Branch Office, the truth is proven. Thus the results of this study indicate that work motivation most dominantly affects employee performance at Leasing Adira Finance Syariah Sukoharjo Branch Office, obtained t value of 7.604 > from t table of 0.543.
