Pengaruh Jaminan Sosial, Kondisi Kerja, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dalam Prespektif Ekonomi Islam PT Ambasador Garmindo

In this study aims to examine and analyze the effect of social security, working conditions, and work motivation on employee performance in the perspective of Islamic Economics. In this study using a quantitative descriptive approach. The technique collected is in the form of primary data in the form of questionnaires which are distributed to respondents. The data collection technique uses a simple random sampling collection technique, which is a sampling technique from a population that is carried out using a random technique without regard to the existing strata in the population. Questionnaires were distributed to 67 employees working at PT Ambasador garmindo. (1) Data instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests (2) Classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test (3) Multiple linear regression analysis and (4) Hypothesis test consisting of t test and determination coefficient. Data processing in this study used the SPSS statistics windows version 25. Based on the results of the t test showed that the social security variable (X1) had a significant positive effect on employee performance, the working conditions variable did not have a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation variable ( X3) has a significant effect on employee performance.References
