Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Key Performance Indicators (KPI) were applied at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Solo Sharia Branch Office, fourth quarter KPI results and the impact of KPI on the performance of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Solo Sharia Branch Office. The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results obtained are that the implementation of KPIs in BTN Syariah has not been fully included in David Parmenter's perspective, there are 2 indicators that have not been implemented in KPIs but have been implemented in company programs. The results of the fourth Quarter BTN Syariah Solo KPI as a whole received a "Very Good" rating although there were still 2 indicators that had not reached the target, namely the average CASA and the volume of commercial financing. The application of KPIs has a positive impact on organizational and employee performance because with clear performance measurements and the provision of rewards for outstanding performance, it will directly increase employee motivation and also company performance.
